    Robert and his staff were very helpful and friendly and it is in a good central but fairly quiet location, we will be staying there again

    For the ground floor the hedge could be trimmed 8 to 10 inches lower to give better views when seated

    The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the lovely Payne's Bay, with an extensive, very well-maintained garden. We enjoyed watching sunsets from the gazebo and observing the green monkeys next door. The staff were very friendly and Bob Morris was very helpful and attentive.

    Excellent location, great host and good value.

    Great location. Close to the beach. Clean and well looked after. Good WiFi. Bob was very responsive and made us feel very welcome. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment as a great base for a visit to this beautiful island.

    Fairly basic, that said, very good value for money. Aircon only in bedrooms. Some of the fixtures and fittings a little tired however we soon realised that this is the norm for Barbados!
