    Preis-Leistung okay

    Modern eingerichtet und alles Notwendige vorhanden. Viele Sitzgelegenheiten, auch auf der eigenen, ruhigen, kleinen Terrasse mit Sonnenschirm. Nur wenige Meter von der Mose entfernt. Bushaltestelle fußläufig schnell erreichbar.

    Bad ohne Heizung. Etwas muffig, da wohl nicht ständig vermietet ist bzw. gelüftet wird. Parkplatz war nicht wirklich vorhanden, da man in einer sehr engen, gepflasterten Gasse am Wegesrand parken muss. Nur eine Zimmertür trennt das Appartement vom Wohn-/Arbeitsbereich des Vermieters. Alle Steckdosen dreckig.

    In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Vor der Tür gibt es eine Terrasse, die für einen lauen Abend perfekt ist.
