Spacious and clean apartments. The room has almost everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is also a swimming pool and a sauna.
If you like fresh air and prefer to sleep with the windows open, you might face some issues. Just a few meters from the windows, there is a pedestrian and bicycle path leading to a park. This causes constant discomfort: noisy groups of children walk by, people smoke, listen to loud music from their phones, etc., creating non-stop noise both day and night.In addition, other hotel guests frequently break the rules by making noise, talking loudly, laughing, and smoking on the balconies at night. This noise was episodic, occurring roughly once an hour throughout most of the night, making it impossible to rest. I even provided the reception with a video recording of these violations, but it did not help. The reception staff responded with excuses, suggested we call the police ourselves, and did not even dare to go to the violators' room to give them a warning.One of the receptionists behaved completely incompetently, claiming that the reception had nothing to do with our building and that we had to resolve all issues with "our host." Later, he demanded 100 CZK for using the washing machine, even though it was stated on Booking.com that this service was free of charge.We could not tolerate this kind of "vacation" and were forced to check out early. I do not recommend this hotel.

Das Appartement war schön groß und sauber, der Wellnessbereich war schön.
Das Personal war nicht sehr nett, hat eher genervt gewirkt und wenig hilfsbereit. Die Beleuchtung im Poolbereich hat gefehlt. Die Sauna wurde erst ab 18 Uhr auf Nachfrage eingeschaltet. Die ganze Anlage wirkt eher trostlos, den Garten kann man nicht als Garten bezeichnen. Es stehen lediglich 2 Bänke auf einer Rasenfläche. Es gibt keinen direkten Durchgang zum Wellnessbereich, man muss über den Parkplatz zur Rezeption laufen. Das Frühstück beim gegenüber liegenden Hotel ist überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen, sehr unhöfliches Frühstückspersonal und wenig Auswahl. Es wird auch nicht nachgefüllt. Wir kommen leider nicht wieder.
