Puno hat Charme
Extrem freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Hatten einen Ausflug nach Taquile gebucht und konnten unsere Sachen im Zimmer lassen.

Personnel aimable, souriant et arrangeant qui nous a préparé le petit déjeuner avant l'heure (5h au lieu de 7h !) afin que nous puissions avoir nos transports. Literie confortable, peu de bruit et obscurité, c'est l'endroit où j'ai le mieux dormi depuis 1 semaine. Emplacement correct et calme. Eau chaude : il faut attendre quelques minutes mais on en a
Chambre un peu froide mais avec les couvertures sur le lit ce n'est plus vraiment un problème pour dormir.

Hôtel parfait
Le personnel est tŕès gentil et toujours prêt à aider. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. Présence d'eau chaude dans la salle d'eau. Chambre propre.
Pas de chauffage dans la chambre comme beaucoup d'hôtels au Pérou mais de nombreuses couvertures dans les lits.
