Overall, everything is okay except for the services from the staff, late reply

Someone Whatsapp me, claiming as manager, asking me for RM200 as deposit. And after that, he provides all the details to check in and all. Promised to refund within 1-2 weeks after the stay. And still after 2 weeks, there is no refund. They asked to give them 10/10 rating if I want my deposit, after I contact them. And after a long story, I still didn't get my deposit yet. More than 3 weeks now.
