A little gem
In a road full of similar B&B establishments the first thing that sets Mostyn House apart from the rest is the fantastic prize winning front garden that shows the owners have pride in their work and they want to stand out. The room (room 2) was lovely with a very comfy bed, tea& coffee facilities and a small, spotlessly clean bathroom with shower. Windows that open to let in fresh air and everything smelt so fresh. Breakfast was superb with fruit, cereal, juice, choice of toast and then a full Welsh with unlimited tea or coffee. What a start to the day!!! Would we stay again absolutely yes. Was it worth the money? Again yes. Look at the details then book the room, you will not regret it. Just up from the pier and as a bonus the owners can find you a free parking spot which is like gold dust in Llandudno. What a fantastic place.

A beautiful little home away from home, with the loveliest hosts, a gorgeous garden, and the kind of hospitality you gen
What we loved most about the property was the wonderful hospitality of Michael and his wife. They were both incredibly warm, kind and generous, and genuinely made us feel looked after throughout our stay. Michael was so friendly and welcoming, always happy to chat and give us helpful information about Llandudno, while his wife was incredibly patient and thoughtful. The property itself is beautiful too. The flower garden is absolutely gorgeous, with so many different flowers and stunning colours, and you can really see the love and care that has gone into it. Michael’s wife has wonderful taste in interior design, and the whole guest house feels elegant, cosy and homely. The traditional breakfast was simple and delicious, and the location is perfect — close to everything while still being a lovely, peaceful place to stay.
The only minor issue was that when we first entered the room on the first night, there was a noticeable smell that seemed like pet waste or cleaning after it had been removed.
