  Attractive apartment ruined by serious failures, cash-only payment and appalling aftercare.

  The apartment was visually attractive, in a great location and had the potential to provide a lovely stay if it wasn't for the countless problems. We also appreciated the two technicians attending on the Saturday evening and eventually restoring the air-conditioning.

  Unfortunately, those are the only positive things we can say about our seven-night stay. The problems began before we arrived, when we had to chase the property for access instructions and did not receive the key information until 21:39 the evening before arrival. Upon arrival, there was no running water. When it returned, the pressure was extremely poor and we had no hot water. We then experienced multiple electricity failures, including two in one day. Following another power failure, both air-conditioning units stopped working, leaving the apartment unbearably hot until technicians attended. The Wi-Fi remained unavailable from Saturday until Monday. The lounge light stopped working, while the bedroom light repeatedly flickered and could not be used. Most seriously, the toilet backed up and became unusable on two separate occasions. It would not flush properly, and water containing toilet waste leaked behind it. We had to clean this ourselves and find alternative toilet facilities, including avoiding use of the toilet overnight. The same problem returned during our final night. By that stage, after reporting faults throughout the week, we had simply given up and wanted to leave. We supplied extensive original photographs, videos and message evidence documenting these problems. Despite this, the property refused to provide a full refund or cooperate meaningfully with Booking.com. Payment for the booking was cash only, and is paid directly to the property. Future guests should understand that this removes card-payment protections such as chargeback and Section 75 if anything goes wrong. The apartment may look attractive in photographs, but our holiday was dominated by water, electricity, sanitation, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi and lighting failures. We would not stay here again and cannot recommend it unless the property can demonstrate that every fault has been professionally rectified and provides customers with a protected card-payment option.

  Sobretudo a Localização. Quarto grande e confortavel. Funcionárias prestáveis e simpáticas.

  Num dos dias faltou a água. Faltou a luz e a falta da internet por alguns dias.
