Nothing. We didn’t check in, as the receptionist told us that they don’t accept online bookings. This was at midnight, so we had to search for alternative accommodation. I have received no refund from either booking.com or the hotel.
Everything.

It sucked!
Reservation was canceled by the hotel because they were over booked and booking.com did not inform us thus and showed up as scheduled at midnight to find a closed hotel. We proceeded to drive around looking for a place to stay with my 35 yearold special needs son. Will never use booking.com again going back to priceline.
Everything
