  The worst place we have ever stayed - avoid at all costs!

  This was by far the worst accommodation experience we have ever had. We booked a room at Motel Nacionalni Restaurant Ogniste for one night, planning to get some rest before continuing our trip around Montenegro. When we arrived at around 9 PM, we were given a room that smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. We could also hear some music coming from the restaurant downstairs. Before settling in, I specifically asked the manager what time the music would stop. I was assured that the restaurant would close between 10 and 11 PM and that the music would be turned off. That turned out to be a complete lie. At 11 PM, not only was the music still playing, but it had become significantly louder. The bass was so powerful that our entire room was literally shaking. I went downstairs to complain at the reception/bar, only to be told that their boss had ordered everyone to keep dancing and the music would continue until 2 AM! So apparently, the owner’s desire to party is more important than the comfort and sleep of guests. Between the unbearable noise, the cigarette smoke, and the complete disregard for guests, we simply couldn’t take it anymore. We packed our bags in the middle of the night and fled this absolute madhouse rather than spend another minute there. We wanted a place to sleep, not a nightclub experience. This is absolutely unacceptable hospitality. I strongly recommend avoiding this place if you expect even the most basic level of comfort, cleanliness, or respect for guests.
