    Wir hatten ein Zimmer für Behinderte ... warum auch immer. Das ziemlich große Bett. Der Fahrstuhl. Die Aussicht von der vierten Etage. Eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Norma) direkt unten am Hotel.

    Stühle und Tische waren das Billigste vom billigen. Ein Stuhl ist beim daraufsetzen kaputt gegangen ... der wurde aber sofort ersetzt ... mit einem Stuhl der genau so billig war. Am Tisch waren die Beine schon ziemlich krumm weil die Schweißnähte auch billig waren. Der WLan Empfang war auf unserem Zimmer in der vierten Etage mies.

    When you book a room through the BOOKING platform, you don’t receive a code for the self-check-in kiosk. Staff are only on-site until 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday; after that, you cannot check in using the machine—you have to call the support hotline, which can sometimes take an hour. I’ve found myself stuck in front of the kiosk like this about five times—once even in -15°C (5°F) weather. I’ve contacted BOOKING about this, but to this day, nothing has been done.
