Scheduled daily flights between OR Tambo International Airport (Johannesburg) and Hoedspruit / Eastgate Airport take approximately 50 minutes, followed by a 50 minute road transfer to the lodge. Scheduled flights between Cape Town (6 times a week) and Hoedspruit take approximately 2 ½ hours, followed by a 50 minute road transfer to the lodge. Transfers can be arranged from Hoedspruit/Eastgate Airport to the lodge at an additional fee. Guests choosing to drive from OR Tambo International Airport (Johannesburg) to the lodge are to make their own transfer arrangements – average travel time is 6/7 hours.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

    So amazing!!!

    Absolutely fantastic time at Motswari! All meals were so delicious. We were there 3 nights and did 6 game drives. Saw the big 5 and so much more. Incredible experience, comfortable jeeps, great guide (thank you Lot and MJ!). The staff were amazing, everyone so helpful and friendly. My partner has some food allergies and the kitchen team was really on top of it - he was so relieved and happy. We also arranged airport pickup and dropoff with the shuttle service they recommended, which was very comfortable. Overall we would love to return and highly recommend.

    A wonderful place

    We had such a fantastic time at Motswari. A luxurious room, an abundance of food, great facilities, and superb game drives! It was the greatest way we could have ended our honeymoon!

    C’était génial et nous recommandons cette expérience à tous qui veulent découvrir la beauté de la savanne Africaine.

    Le support staff, les guides et les trackers étaient très professionnels et aux petits soins à chaque instant. Les repas étaient tous délicieux ! Nous avons été surpris par un petit déjeuner dans la savanne, des danses traditionnelles un soir durant un dîner, etc. Les valeurs du lodge sont essentielles pour l’expérience que nous avons eu: « you arrive as a visitor, tou leave as a friend. »
