    Very nice place to stay but needs to meet with certain standards

    Very nice place. Quiet and peaceful.

    The host was totally absent. At the time arranged for check in we found nobody there and he didn’t answer the phone or messages for about an hour, leaving us in the heat at 3 pm not knowing what to do. The place was rather dirty. I walked in barefoot and left white footprints, so thick was the dust. Breadcrumbs in the kitchen cupboard and a bad smell coming from the bathroom pipes. I understand that a lot of guests don’t wash the sand off their feet and clog up the drains but maybe it doesn’t have to be my problem? The accomodation tax was extra and 4 euros per night (against the 2 euros per night which is the average for that kind of place in Greece). The price does not vouch for the quality.

    Good location, peace and quiet, old inside the room

    The change the towels only once in 8 days , the furniture is old, the curtains are very old
