    It was a beautiful setting. I wouldn’t return.

    Location and the 1/3 of the staff who were nice.

    It was a lot of walking or driving from our room to the amenities. The restaurant hostess and bar tender on Thursday evening were rude. I’m pretty sure my son and I both got food poisoning from Friday morning’s breakfast.

    Nice but not worth the money.

    For what you pay per night you would expect the room to be nicer. I found bugs in my room and the air conditioner had a missing piece.

    The room wasn't nice. The changing rooms could be improved.

    We stayed at one of the Creekside rooms. It was so peaceful next to the water, and it was still an easy walk to get to the hot springs. Very quiet and peaceful!

    Has lots of potential but some Key logistical shortcomings

    The facilities at the springs were good.

    On site shop closed early. There was only one restaurant which closed at exactly the same time as the thermal springs closed, meaning that in order to eat, you had to forgo time in the springs which was the whole purpose of the visit. The menu choice at the restaurant was also not particularly diverse. The checkout arrangements were hopeless because everyone was checking out at the same time as the next day was checking in and the process was excruciatingly slow
