NOT WORTH THE MONEY AT ALL
The view and the staff were good
- Firstly, there’s no lift or ramp in the entire property, I was tired to climb those stairs, at least 7 stories. - the washroom was extremely dirty, the commode was a nightmare with stains all over the place, there was no handwash as well, just a soap. - there was no body wash or shampoo as well. - there were unhygienic stains on the bedsheet as well - the menu card was DIRTY AS HELL. - the walls were all damp and cracked - there were broken wooden furniture stored on the cupboards - the power backup was not immediate - the geyser did not work - THIS IS NOT AT ALL A 4 STAR PROPERTY PLEASE!!! we paid 7.5k for a night and got ourselves trapped into this horrific place. - I demand a fair compensation for misleading and getting us into this place!

The stay was very nice! Property is beautiful and well maintained.
The breakfast is basic. Taste could be better. It is neither restaurant taste nor home style..
I undertood the suite rooms had a balcony, unfotunately none of the rooms in this beautiful property has a balcony or deck attached to teh rooms,
