    Lovely spacious house with incredible roof terrace, great for groups

    This is a lovely house right in the middle of Pedralba. The beds were comfy, we had everything we needed in the kitchens and bathrooms (utensils, hair dryer, coat hangers etc), the air con works well, it's spacious, and they were kind enough to install a cot for my friend's toddler. There is also a little child sized table and two chairs, which he loved. The roof terrace is really incredible! We were lucky enough to be able to watch the solar eclipse from up there and it was wonderful. There are several little supermarkets in Pedralba where we could get everything we needed, and it's an easy 30-40 minute drive into Valencia for day trips. There are also some lovely little towns nearby like Chelva.

    The smaller bedroom with the single bed doesn't have air con, just a fan, which works fine but is very loud. There aren't usually parking spaces right outside the house but there are two car parks, both within a 5 minute walk, so we were always able to park.

    Excellent retreat with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

    It was perfect for us. Self contained kitchen, plenty of rooms for us to spread out in and the air con kept us nice and cool. Local shops within walking distance. Comfortable beds. Thoroughly recommend.

    We had a slight problem getting into the property as the batteries in the door lock had died but the owners responded quickly and got the batteries replaced within an hour and a half.
