    Was not an enjoyable experience

    We’ve been staying at this property for thanksgiving for 27 years. Is close to everything has full kitchen for cooking dinner.

    Building is under major renovations. Property management did not advise guests ahead of arrival that elevator had been out of service since mid September. Our room was on 4 th floor. Grinding and banging began at 8:00 am . At one point power went out and we were advised to stay in our room until it came on because there was no emergency lighting in hallways or staircase. They put out glow sticks and flashlights. We did not stay our full stay. We packed up and went home. We requested a refund and after negotiation with hotel. The agreed reimbursement of our parking and half of our stay even though we left early due to the conditions.
