    Beautiful and cozy.

    Cozy cabin feel inside the room of the inn. Right down some stairs from the parking lot and office. The coffee in the office was perfect! Location had many nearby trails, state park and Callaway Gardens.

    Bathroom was a little dingy. Not a lot of food options nearby, but they had good recommendations that were about 6to 10 minutes away.

    Great stay with a beutiful mountain view

    The mountain view is breathtaking. It was a great get a way for a few days. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We have no complaints whatsoever

    Make the rooms more affordable :D

    No privacy and noisy

    The customer service was excellent. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room itself was very clean and well-maintained.

    However, the lack of wall insulation created significant noise issues throughout the night. The walls are so thin that you can hear neighbors talking at a normal volume—it literally feels as though you are sharing the exact same room. I could clearly hear guests on both sides snoring, coughing, and conversing all night long. To make matters worse, the AC unit was extremely loud and cycled on and off every 5 to 10 minutes. ​Management really needs to look into updating the room insulation and soundproofing. It is a lovely hotel with great service, but the lack of noise isolation makes it very difficult to get a restful night's sleep.
