The location is very convenient, only about a 10-minute walk from Alatau Metro Station. There are also plenty of food options nearby. The place is nice, clean, and comfortable. Overall, it is a good location for staying in Almaty.

However, I did not like the access arrangement. Every time we wanted to enter the apartment building, we had to call the security guard to let us in. This was quite inconvenient, especially when coming back late or going in and out several times. Overall, the apartment itself is comfortable and well located, but the building access system could be improved to make it easier for guests.

Размер квартиры, удобное заселение, чистое белье, наличие посуды.

Напор воды был просто хороший, не супер. Но все равно 10 из 10.
