  Everything was as advertised, decent space, good base for our trips.

  Neighbors across the street were extremely noisy. Not during quiet hours, but screaming children all the day.

  Wir wurden herzlich empfangen.Die Gastgeberin Elisabeth war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Die Ferienwohnung war wunderschön,geräumig und blitzsauber.Das Bad und die Küche waren top ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt.Auch die Betten waren bequem und die Lage war super,es sind nur wenige Gehminuten zur Penkenbahn sowie Resraurants und Bars.Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine schöne Zeit.Danke Elisabeth wir kommen gerne wieder.....

  We booked Mountainpeak in Mayrhofen for a week-long skiing trip (February 5–12, 2026) for four guests, paying €2,200 upfront. Problems started before we even arrived — the host buried a restrictive check-in window (2–6 PM) in a year-old Booking.com message we never saw, then responded with hostility when we explained our late flight arrival. Once at the property, she sent a long list of "house rules" via WhatsApp — including a strict ban on any visitors — none of which appeared in the official Booking.com listing or were part of our booking contract. This set the tone for the entire stay: unwelcoming, inflexible, and adversarial from the very first interaction. On February 9, after a friend stopped by the apartment twice for a combined total of roughly one hour across two days — brief social visits, not a party — the host showed up, aggressively confronted us, and demanded we vacate within one hour, threatening to call the police on four paying guests who had done nothing illegal. We were forced to leave three full nights early, losing prepaid accommodation, a full day of ski passes and rental equipment, and what was supposed to be a long-planned holiday with close friends. The host then refused any refund whatsoever, hiding behind the undisclosed "no visitors" rule. If you value your money, your peace of mind, and being treated like a human being, avoid this property entirely. Before posting this review - I've offered the accomodation to settle with me before I file a lawsuit and refund the three full nights, was instead greeted with a letter from a lawyer threatening legal discourse.

  Komische Hausordnungen

  Der Preis und die Lage

  Unfreundliche Hausbesitzerin, welche sehr komisch war und sehr fragwürdige Hausordnungen hat. Man darf keine Freunde ins Apartment lassen und die Besitzerin kontrolliert alle 5 Minuten dir Kameras
