Good location but ground floor with no view.

Good location, newly refurbished, nice large shower, well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, air conditioning worked well.

No view, dark with lower ground floor rooms. Issues with damp and moisture crumbling bricks. Noisy barking dog & neighbours. Very annoying automatic light in master bedroom turns on everytime someone gets up at night.
