    Slecht bed(!), vies, gehorig, geen dekens!!!

    De locatie is aan de rand van de wijk Kapana. Dichtbij alles.

    Geboekt als hotel. Maar de sleutel moesten we bij een bar ophalen. Het is eigenlijk 3 "hotelkamers" in 1 oud pand. Wij hadden kamer C. Het is goedkoop verbouwd, en heel erg smerig, een zeeeeeeer slecht bed en alleen een laken om onder te slapen!! Dat is koud en waardeloos! De kamers zijn super gehorig.. Elke kraak hoor je, wc doortrekken... alles.. En de ketel/boiler boven het keukentje slaat meerdere keren per nacht aan. Als je naar het barpersoneel gaat om te vragen naar dekens, zijn ze heel vriendelijk maar zeggen: ik sta achter de bar en geef de sleutels, meer niet... Uitzicht op de stad, is uitzicht op horeca containers en een vervallen pand met duiven. Als bonus worden de containers elke nacht geleegd. We zijn er 3 nachten geweest, maar hebben het nog nooit eerder zo slecht getroffen qua accommodatie. En we zijn helemaal niet eens van de luxe... maar dit..... was echt te slecht!!! Ik kan dan ook niet begrijpen dat de reviews/waarderingen zo hoog zijn op booking.com .... want dat neem ik altijd mee in de beslissing om iets wel/niet te boeken... Totaal niet hotel-waardig dit Mouse House....

    Отношение, качество, комфорт, уют! Давам 10, само защото не мога да дам 11.

    Единственото, но не ми помрачи престоят бе може би за шума от други стаи, НО на мен лично това не ми попречи. Много съм доволен и ще повторя отново!
