luxury villa, great location, great food
Beautiful and luxuriously furnished villa with a clean pool just a short walk from the sea. The equipment is really above standard, you will find everything for maximum comfort. The host Andreas was absolutely great - very kind, helpful and constantly made sure that we had everything we needed. Perfect service and a wonderful place to relax. Thank you for a great stay!

Everything about this villa exceeded our expectations and made for one of the most memorable stays we have ever had. The villa is absolutely beautiful—spotlessly clean, stylish, and seemingly brand new. Every detail has been carefully thought through, and it is equipped with everything you could possibly need. From the fully equipped indoor and outdoor kitchens to the washing machine, dryer, jacuzzi, swimming pool, comfortable terrace furniture, and two spacious bedrooms with private en-suite bathrooms, nothing is missing. It truly feels like a luxurious home away from home. The location is perfect, with the beach just a few steps away. The hosts also provide complimentary sunbeds, making it easy to relax and enjoy the sea. The owners run a wonderful restaurant directly opposite the villa. The food is outstanding, and they are happy to deliver meals to the villa, which was a fantastic bonus. What sets this property apart, however, is the extraordinary hospitality of the hosts. We arrived to find the refrigerator generously stocked with drinks, fresh fruit, and breakfast items. During our stay, they even prepared a traditional homemade dish especially for us, allowing us to experience authentic local cuisine and culture. We have stayed in many hotels and villas around the world, but we have never felt so warmly welcomed. The kindness, generosity, and genuine care shown by the hosts were truly remarkable. They made us feel like valued guests and friends rather than visitors. A perfect villa, a perfect location, and truly exceptional hosts. We would return without hesitation and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay.

Perfect, Peaceful Stay!
The location of this villa is perfect, right on the sea front and adjacent to the host's bar and supermarket which was brilliant for getting supplies and food and drinks! Sunbed access on the beach was a great bonus, and the pool area with sunbeds was perfectly placed for good tanning! Andreas and his family were great hosts, checked on us daily to make sure we were satisfied with our stay and were a really friendly bunch! I'd recommend staying here to everyone, its great for a quiet get away with great food!

Es war traumhaft schön und wir kommen wieder!
Der Kühlschrank war voll, die Obstschale stand auf dem Tisch, ein großer Korb mit allem was man braucht stand auf dem Küchenschrank. Der ebenso freundliche wie aufmerksame Gastgeber war immer zur Stelle, hat immer nachgefragt, ob etwas fehlt oder ob wir etwas brauchen. Es war ein Rundum-Sorglos-Urlaub!
Dazu fällt mir nichts ein.
