Le personnel . Bien que j’ai reçu un courriel me proposant un étage aux étage supérieur et un confort oreiller drap etc… la demande a immédiatement été refusée lorsque j’en ai fait la demande a l’arrivée. De plus j’ai été dérangé à maintes reprises par la femme de ménage qui frappe et rentre automatiquement sans avertissement dans ma ce ambre et cela 3 fois le jour de mon arrivée et 4 fois le lendemain. Elle voulait soit disant vérifier le mini bar. Alors que je dormais à 8h le matin

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, j’ai déjà mis un commentaire, mais j’ai oublié de remercier Redouane à la conciergerie et la dame de chambre Sarah était aux petits soins

« Un excellent séjour au Mövenpick Casablanca ! L'emplacement est central, parfait aussi bien pour le travail que pour découvrir la ville. La chambre était confortable, propre et très calme. Un grand merci tout particulier au personnel pour son accueil chaleureux et son professionnalisme. Je recommande vivement le restaurant du 16ème étage (Le 16ème RoofTop) pour la magnifique vue et la qualité des plats. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir ! »

Un séjour très agréable dans un hôtel idéalement situé pour découvrir la ville ! Une mention particulière au duty manager pour son excellente coordination et ses petites attentions, qui ont rendu notre séjour encore plus plaisant. Une adresse que je recommande avec plaisir !
