It was not worth the trip or the money
Room was nice and clean, bathroom needs renovation
Our biggest disappointment was the spa centre. The tiles were extremely slippery, there was no jacuzzi, and although the description advertises 12 thermal pools, there are actually only three pools with multiple zones. The water was not warm enough, and the outdoor “thermal” pool was extremely small. The saunas were fine, but we noticed cobwebs on the ceilings of several of them, which is unacceptable for a facility of this standard. The sun loungers were packed too closely together, and there were clearly more of them than the pool area could comfortably accommodate. The parking situation was also inconvenient. The garage is around a five-minute uphill walk from the hotel, so a valet parking service would be a welcome addition. The food was another major disappointment. I ordered a burger and fries at the spa centre and was told they would be ready in 25 minutes. I returned after 20 minutes, only to find the food already waiting and completely cold. The quality was poor, and the bun felt as though it had been taken straight out of the fridge. The evening buffet was equally disappointing, with food that looked unappealing, so we decided to try the traditional restaurant within the complex instead. My husband’s gourmet burger was decent, but my fried dough fritters served with kajmak and ajvar were inedible — excessively greasy, with a wet, dense and doughy interior. Additionally, the road leading to Fruške Terme is full of potholes and sections of damaged or missing asphalt, making it very easy to damage your car. We expected a much higher standard of hygiene, service and food quality from a resort marketed as a luxury spa destination. Unfortunately, the spa facilities, parking arrangements and food seriously detracted from our overall experience.

Dangerous slippery floors
Tiles in Spa and bathroom are very slippery. The are not in accordance with standards and I wonder how a branded hotel can be operated with such fails...
