    Room space and location and privacy One security guard was good ..

    Tv channels were poor... F&B food was poor , price was high... No meet and greet at f&b outlets..no staff was there .. No executive or manager walking around the property Disconnect to guests.. lack of warmth

    Such a lovely and peaceful stay

    We had such a lovely time here with the family. The resort is really peaceful and relaxing, which we loved. It never felt crowded and was just a nice place to slow down and enjoy a few days together. We spent lots of time by the pool and really enjoyed the location. Bang Tao is beautiful and everything around Laguna is easy to reach. The kickboxing was also great fun! We really enjoyed doing something a little different and it was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. But what we enjoyed most was just the feeling of the place. Very relaxed, friendly people and everyone made us feel welcome. We had a great time and would definitely come back again
