  Loved it a great place to stay will be back.

  Amazing big pool with heaps of different activities pool side including the bean bags, big bouncy slide, mini jet boats and motorised jet packs for in the pool. Loved the breakfast, so much variety and well presented. Chocolate hour was a hit with the kids and I had the best pumpkin gnocchi for lunch. We stayed in the family suite and it was lovely and spacious for a family of four. And the Samasta Lifestyle Village next door offered heaps of other food options if you wanted to go.

  Not worth the money

  Air conditioning in rooms set to 25 degrees..had to order a fan in the middle of the night..no hot water in the shower..

  Great stay for a family with toddler, amazing pools and time with the dogs

  One of my favorite things was the huge swimming pool because even if the hotel had lots of guests, the pool wouldn’t feel busy, also there was a section that had sand so kids could play on the sand and you could feel the sand under the water which was very nice! I absolutely loved spending time with the hotel dogs Alpha, Salt and Nala, sooooo cute and gentle with kids! The yoga classes in the morning were also a great way to start my day! I loved the fact that the toothbrushes, combs and other amenities were wooden and slippers were made of a natural material. The hotel is very sustainable! We got the half board which I felt was a good deal or at least simplified the logistics with our one-year old, so I would recommend that option for those with kids. We had our three meals at the main restaurant and one night at Adriana and we loved the burrata, the slow cooked chicken, the garden salad, the panini, the burger, the lava cake and the onion soup.

  Even though the staff were very kind and always warm toward us, there is an extreme lack of SOP in the restaurant management. We would ask for kids bowl and cutlery and three times out of four, they would forget about it and we would need to remind them constantly. Our morning coffee would take very long time to be served. The kids chair would be brought after 10-15 minutes of us trying to handle our kid who would want to run everywhere and we would again, need to remind the staff about the chair. Overall we loved the food was delicious and delicate, but again there was a lack of SOP in the cooking. One day the salad had striped carrots, another day it didn’t, the strawberry juice had lemon, another day it didn’t (both were very tasty but for a big hotel you need to standardize so that we get what we expect). The tomatoe gnocchi were terrible so if you like gnocchi don’t get them.

  One of the best hotels for families with kids

  The hotel amenities were clean and well maintained. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The layout and the facilities of the hotel were well thought out. Our kids loved the pool with sand. They would spend the whole day playing with sand and going for a quick swim among the floating cushions. The kids club was clean and well run as well. We would highly recommend Movenpick hotel for families with kids and couples alike. The rooms were spacious and had ample space for our luggages and clothes (especially travelling with young kids we had many luggages(

  Our son has an egg allergy and we only tried once ordering eggless pancakes, they served us with a mushy uncooked slop that we ended up never bothering again. Would've been great if they did better with dietary requirements and special requests

  Unglaublicher Kundenservice!

  Ich muss dieses Hotel mehr als Loben! Leider hat mein Mann sich so schwer verletzt das wir unsere gesamte Reise nicht antreten konnten. Theoretisch ginge eine kostenlose Stornierung auch nicht mehr. Dieses Hotel war aber einfach mehr als kulant und hat uns unsere gesamten Kosten für ca 1 Woche erstattet! Ich kann nicht sagen wie dankbar wir sind und das wir mit so einer Großzügigkeit auch nicht gerechnet hatten! Vielen lieben Dank!!! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wider hier buchen! Herzlichen Dank nochmal für diese Großzügigkeit!!
