    Ideale Wohneinheit für einen Wochenurlaub in Grömitz.

    Die Lage des Möwennests Nr. 3 im Erdgeschoss des Hauses direkt am Kurpark ist sehr gut. Lokale, Einkaufsstraßen, Wellenbad und Strandpromenade sind schnell erreichbar. Gut ist der abschließbare, überdachte große Fahrradunterstand, bei dem man nicht mit anderen Rädern kollidiert. Der auf dem Hof zugeordnete Parkplatz der Ferienwohnung ist ausreichend bemessen und nah zum Eingang gelegen. Die Terrasse mit Liegestühlen und Tisch mit vier Stühlen bietet fast den gesamten Tag Sonne, die aber nicht in die Wohnung scheint.

    Es gibt nichts, was uns so gestört hätte, als dass es hier gesondert erwähnt werden müsste. Amüsiert hat uns, dass in der Wohnzimmerküche die Oberschränke so hoch angebracht sind, dass keiner von uns die obersten Fächer erreichen konnte.

    Wohnen in angenehmer Atmosphäre in Strandnähe

    Für die Gestaltung der Räume - Schlafzimmer, Bad, Wohn- Essraum, - hatten sich die Besitzer viele Gedanken gemacht und damit für eine angenehme Atmosphäre gesorgt. Auch die Terrasse lud mit Essgruppe, einem Liegestuhl und einer Doppelliege zum Erholen und Entspannen ein. Sehr praktisch war auch die Fahrradgarage gleich bei den Parkbuchten und der unmittelbare Zugang zum nahegelegenen Kurpark.

    Wir mussten unmittelbar nach der Buchung den gesamten Mietpreis für die Wohnung überweisen.
