Won’t be staying at a Moxy again

    The reception staff were great

There are two lights that are always on in the room- one flashed bright every 60 seconds near the fire alarm and the other never turned off when the ac was on. I didn’t get a lick of sleep during my stay. There were blood spots on the sheets when we checked in and the polyblend sheets felt like plastic, trapping insane heat no matter how low we lowered the ac. The shower head was so annoying, I had to hunch when I didn’t want to wash my hair. Shaving my legs was like balancing in a waterfall without support. There wasn’t a single useable table surface. And finally, the bathroom light flickered!!

Staff was amazing and went above and beyond- esp front desk and valet/ uber stand.

In a room that small, with no closet, there needs to be luggage racks or SOMEWHERE to put your stuff?

    I’d definitely stay again!

Nice vibe. Friendly staff. Super comfortable bed. Amazing shower.

    No complaints at all,
