Great staff, clean rooms, nice canal side location within 15 min walking distance of historical centre. Good eating places and pubs within 5 mins walk. Dog friendly.
Having to mess around with a parking app on arrival. Limited control over air con making room too hot (in Oct) or open window to make it noisy!

The hotel was in a convenient location and we appreciated the luggage storage and later check out of midday.
Comfortable beds and great shower. Friendly staff. Close to the station. On the canal. Opposite Waitrose.

Fab hotel, great value with a super handy location in an excellent city - we'll come again
Comfortable bed and well designed bedroom which, although not vast, was an excellent size and felt spacious due to the design. Efficient staff - Daisy was particularly helpful. Great location: Close to the station with an easy walk into town, on the edge of the canal, and near some great pubs/restaurants - as well as the supermarket for emergency supplies.
The 'welcome cocktail' offering was rather underwhelming.
