The helpfulness of the staff. The comfort environment and the location.

I would like the damage refund to be lodged faster into my bank.

cozy stay in trendy & cute hotel with great access to tourist areas

The continental breakfast was satisfying, with good quality and tasty items. The bar area is a great space to enjoy the breakfast. It's a great location, very near everything you'd want to walk to, but not at all noisy.

As with many older Ireland hotels, there was some sort of occasional unpleasant smell wafting from the bathroom.
