    Es ist ein altes Hotel, das ein wenig aufgehübscht wurde. Von Gefallen kann hier keine Rede sein. Die Lage ist okay, man kommt schnell in die Stadt mit der Tram.

    Es wirkt trotz der Aufwertung altbacken auf dem Zimmer. Wir konnten das Handy nicht mit dem TV verbinden, was ärgerlich war. Die Fliesen und Fugen im Bad haben schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Das Personal war bemüht höflich zu sein. Man bemerkte jedoch eine gewisse Abneigung und zunächst wurden wir komplett ignoriert, es gab kein Hallo oder sonst was. Hochgradig unprofessionelles Verhalten an der Stelle. Der zweite Mitarbeiter rannte für andere Mitarbeiterinnen, die es sich auf den Sofas im Foyer gerade bequem gemacht hatten hastig hin und her um ihnen Material zu bringen. Er kam dann irgendwann zum Empfang gerannt um uns zu bedienen. Der erste Mitarbeiter hatte uns ja konsequent ignoriert. So ein Verhalten habe ich noch nie erlebt in einem Hotel. Daher würde ich es nicht weiterempfehlen.
