The place was very clean
Very poor soundproofing. You can hear absolutely everything from the neighboring rooms, making it nearly impossible to sleep. The biggest issue was being charged twice for the stay. I understand that mistakes happen, but the response was disappointing. Being asked whether I had another bank card to use was incredibly inappropiate - what if this had been my last available money? Although the refund was eventually processed, I was given three different refund dates by staff, each presented as if it were certain. That level of inconsistency is simply not professional. A real shame, as the otherwise friendly staff left a good impression.
