The cleanliness was perfect. What is paid i get!

Check in situation was really bad welcome for the guy don't know who was. Has to change his behavior and the procedure as well. If the guest is coming latenon the night ll be possible get the key from safe box and not the staff to wait us with lies and unwelcome behavior. At the end he understood his mistake and apologized but ok.
