Great stay in Kissamos! We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Kissamos. It is clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The swimming pool was a nice bonus after a long day of exploring. The location is convenient – a short walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The host, Kyriakos, was very welcoming and gave us useful advice. We used this apartment as a base to visit Elafonissi and Balos, and it worked perfectly. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Khaled & family

A massive disappointment!
The location was good and the kitchen was spacious and decently equipped
I really cannot understand what happened between the good reviews left for this property and the experience myself and my friends had. This is not a 3-bedroom property. 1 bed is actually open to the kitchen and is up a ladder that small children or older guests would find impossible to access. At best this could be described as 2 bedrooms plus an extra place for a fit person to crash if they don't require any privacy (also as there is only 1 aircon unit in the main bedroom it is a furnace unless the occupant of that bedroom is happy to forgo their own privacy and leave their door open). There is no terrace. Just some hard standing for cars and for people to access the other apartments. The steps from the property to this hard standing are loose breeze blocks that again would represent a real hazard to the very young and the elderly. The place is currently a building site and the 'infinity pool' referenced by one earlier reviewer is a concrete hole in the ground with a layer of green sludge at the bottom, surrounding the 'under construction' building that dominates the view from this property. Noone would want to use the barbeque stuck in the middle of all of this and there was absolutely nowhere to put a sun lounger unless you would be happy to lay between parked cars... In all my years of travel I would say this property has the biggest gap between the listing and the reality. The host seemed like a nice guy but he has clearly used his capabilities as a professional photographer to 'spin' the presentation of this place in the best light possible... He needs to be honest about the bedroom situation, and perhaps reduce the price and give a good description of the current state of things until everything has been completed.
