Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (VAT) of 19%. This additional fee (VAT) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (VAT), the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no-show, the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (VAT). Please note this property pre-authorizes credit cards left on guarantee. This is not a charge/deposit but only a hold or also known as a preauthorisation. The credit card entity may reflect it as such (charge/deposit). In the event of a cancellation without penalty, the pre-authorization will be released in accordance with the procedures established by the credit card issuing entity. If the reservation is effective, the pre-authorization will be released also in accordance with the procedures established by the credit card issuing entity. Buffet breakfast is served. Cleaning is performed on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
