    Nothing

All the bad reviews written earlier are true. It takes a very long time to respond to messages and requests. Check-in is available until 22:00. The plane was 4 hours late, so I had to find a hotel, as the check-in procedure involves calling someone on the intercom, but it's unclear whether they will wake up. There was no hot water during my stay. On the third day, a "technician" came, but there was still no hot water. Avoid staying in this apartment, as it will be a waste of your time. This is the worst thing I've ever seen in my life.
