    The apartment is near the city centre, walking distance.

    This is a basement apartment, which means that theres not much of light and it smells moldy. If you want to open the windows you are right on the pavaments, so it doesn't feel safe to leave them open, especially since in that area there is a centre for feeding the homeless and at certain times there were homeless people sitting near the windows. There was visible mold on the corner of the room and it wasn't so clean, however after complaining to the owners they came and recleaned it and added a special detergent for the mold. The mold was gone but that smell still stayed. When the owners came they were nice and pleasant to speak to and even suggested places to check out.
