When travelling from a distance in particular, guests need first contact prior to 10 mins before check in, as it's a private property with a singular contact. There had also been a dog in the property. Nothing against dogs, I love them, but I don't want that in my property, once I opened up, it disappeared, but it was the first thing I smelt.
