I loves just walking down to see the Elephants

The location is fantastic for seeing the elephants, just a short walk down the hill. The manger (Jeni) was helpful in organising a safari trip, providing food and a ride back to Munnar
There was no hot water, no restaurant on site. The room was okay, clean but not spotless, bugs got in from where we have no idea the balcony door was not secure just one bolt at the top could easily have forced the door open or just crawled through the gap created at the bottom. The building could have been cleaner overall not bad.

Best location for elephants and host was fantastic!
The host offered us a nearby cottage instead and while this place would have been wonderful, the stay in the guest house was INCREDIBLE! It was more remote and it was so wonderful to be near the nature. Our host took wonderful care of us-delivering homemade meals and booking an incredible jeep safari. This location was so wonderful to be in nature. We were able to see elephants in town in the late afternoon and again at 930. It was phenomenal!
