Book elsewhere until they improve their communication and entry-system.
Close to ASU
The master lock to enter the property didn’t work. I called the number, left a VM and after a few texts (no call back) and was told he was out of town and I needed to ask for help at the house… which was pitch black. I had to get a hotel room and am still awaiting a refund. I travel for work so book accommodations like this often. Have never had an experience like this:(

For what I paid it wasn’t worth it. Upgrade the mattress and it would have been a great stay.
It was clean, I like the fact that you take your shoes off.
The Matress is uncomfortable. I couldn’t sleep at all. So much that I left a day early and rented a hotel just to get a good night sleep.
