    Awesome place

    Very simple and basic, remind me of college dorms, but we enjoyed the stay and location as it was close to mt Takao. We had an entire room with a nice view, so loved waking up to seeing it. The cafe at ground level had delicious food and deserts. The photo art in the building is also very nice.

    To get to the rooms, you pass by a shoe rental area, the smell of stinky shoes bothered me the first day, but then I did not notice it the next. They only serve deserts and drinks in the morning, and in general restaurants and cafes in the area seem to open at 10:30/11. Only 1 bed sheet is provided, I should have requested extra bed sheets the first night, but did not think of it till it was late.

    高尾山口に近いこと

    高尾山口に近い立地は便利でしたが、設備や案内について不便を感じました。宿泊料金は4,500円でした。 バスタオルは有人対応時間内しか購入できず、スタッフ不在時に利用できる販売方法がありませんでした。宿泊料金に含めるか、予約時に追加できるようにする、または無人販売機を設置していただけると助かります。 館内に洗濯機がないこともBooking.comでは分かりにくく、事前に届いたメッセージはチェックイン方法の案内が中心で、近隣のコインランドリーについては分かりませんでした。設備情報を予約ページに明記し、近隣施設も案内していただけると、事前に準備できます。 立地はよいものの、こうした設備や案内を含めて考えると、4,500円は高く感じました。私には、2,000円くらいなら納得できる内容でした。
