After booking, guests will be required to fill a check-in form and provide a government issued photo ID through a secure link. Failure to complete this step may prevent guest from accessing the apartment. Check-in time starts at 4:00PM. Check-out time is at 11:00AM. At departure, the guest is expected to leave the apartment in a general state of cleanliness (take out the garbages, clean used dishes…) Après avoir effectué une réservation, le client devra compléter un formulaire d’arrivée en ligne et y fournir une pièce d'identité officielle munie d’une photo. À défaut de compléter ce formulaire, le client pourrait se voir refuser l’accès à l’appartement loué. L’arrivée est à partir de 16h00. Le départ est à 11h00. Le client doit laisser l’appartement dans un état général de propreté (sortir les déchets, nettoyer la vaisselle utilisée,…)Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
