    A spacious, comfortable homestay with cozy, clean rooms, and a very enthusiastic and cheerful host who guides you on where to visit and eat, giving it a friendly feel just like staying at a friend’s house

    Good location for bus (fron Hanoi or Sa Pa drop-off and pick-up), otherwise you need a motorbike (you can get it anytime, just ask the host). There is a couple places with food in walking distance, but apart from one expensive cafe nothing I would recommend. Otherwise it was ok for tge discounted price we paid. Very private, clean sheets, floor and bathroom.

    It was noisy from the street and from the insects as the bungalow it in the bushes/forest. There is no AC but it's not needed as in the mountains it's cooler then in big cities. Also no heating and there is no glass in the windows, the bungalow is not insulated at all, so be prepared for that if you come in cold months.
