    Is Auburn this dangerous?

    I like the newness of the facility the bathroom was nice I like the shower

    I didn't like having to present a driver's license and get scanned to even get to the hotel that should be reserved for the casino entrance If you want to self park, the entrance from the parking garage to the actual hotel desk is all the way across the entire casino floor, when carrying heavy bags to check in it's way too far we ended up having to use the valet for closer access. Do they think someone is going to rob this place because I think there's more security here than there is when I have to go through TSA.

    Awful, bad service, wasted my time and money.

    Not a lot

    I paid almost $500 for a room. My wife and I were going to a concert that night, we arrived an hour before our check in time and waited THREE HOURS for our room. They were TWO WHOLE HOURS LATE checking us in. We had to start getting ready for the concert in the public bathroom and were an hour late to our concert that we spent another few hundred on tickets. Overall a terrible experience. Then we asked to talk to the manager about compensation for the hotels delay in checking us in which made us late for our event and they said the manager wasnt in but would be personally calling everyone shortly and I never heard from anyone ever again. Terrible service, waste of money, I will never be staying there again and I will be spreading the word about how horrible it was.
