Superb
I was able to check in at the time agreed with the owner. The communication with the welcoming host was a bit complicated as I do not speak any Italian beside a regular set of phrases, but the host managed to explain everything I needed. There is a big Eurospin supermarket and a few cafes in the vicinity, Lidl in a 20 minute walk distance, a nice small square with benches 2 minutes away.
The window in the room is quite small and may need keeping the lights during the stay. Also I figured out how to operate sunshades on the second day by pure chance. It would be really nice to have some labels on the wall switches. The bus service is quite rare. If you aim to go to Marina di Stabia be aware that it will take you a 20 minute walk to get there due to the railway. On the map it looked reachable in 5 minutes of direct walk. Not the owner's fault definitely, just a heads up for sailors.

Decent room for the price.
The room was perfectly comfortable and I really appreciated that there was a functioning AC which kept the room really comfortable. The host picked me up from the train station which I appreciated.
The room was quite far from any of the the train stations, at least a 35 minute walk in the heat to get anywhere on public transport. There were apparently bus services but I never saw them. It is at the far end away from the town centre. I would have liked to have been offered new towels for at least one time during the stay.
