    Unsafe, disappointing and poorly handled — I would not stay here again.

    Unfortunately, there was very little I could say I liked about this stay. The overall experience was disappointing, especially considering the condition of the property and how the problems were handled.

    This was one of the most disappointing accommodation experiences I have had. First, the swimming pool was closed and unavailable, despite it being an important facility when we chose this property. The room also had a strong cigarette/smoke smell, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The most serious issue was a chair in the room with a broken leg. I did not know it was broken when I sat down and I almost fell. I could have injured my back. This was not simply an inconvenience — it was a genuine safety concern. I immediately contacted the property and explained the problems. I also had photos and evidence available. Unfortunately, my messages were read but I did not receive a proper response or solution. I subsequently raised the matter with Booking.com, but as of the time of writing this review, the issue has still not been satisfactorily resolved. What disappointed me most was not only the condition of the accommodation, but the lack of responsibility and communication after serious problems were reported. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property. Future guests should carefully check the condition of the accommodation and the availability of the advertised facilities upon arrival.
