駅近で周辺はお店も多く立地が良かったです。掃除なども行き届いていました。洗濯乾燥機があるのは本当に便利です。
3階で大きなスーツケースはきつかったです。

のんびりできた
近くに飲食店がたくさんあり便利だった
インターホンが壊れていて、誰かが帰ってくるたびに3階から1階まで降りて鍵を開けなければならなかったのが大変だった。
