    Very enjoyable

Convenient location for all Our needs.

Sitting room was a little dark for reading etc. Kitchen rather small.

    Just perfect!

The annexe is just lovely. Beautifully decorated and so clean. Everything you could need for a lovely break and very central to all the facilities of Felixstowe. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you for a lovely stay.

    It was perfect.

    Highly recommended accommodation

My partner and I very much enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was very comfortable and well-equipped. Janice and Richard were thoughtful hosts who had provided everything we needed for our two nights in Felixstowe.
