    The location of the apartment was excellent and very convenient for exploring London. However, overall, we were rather disappointed with our stay. The furnishings and facilities were quite dated and could use some updating. What disappointed us most was the lack of communication from the host. We requested separate duvets and also asked for instructions on how to turn down the heating in the bathroom. We received incorrect instructions, and when we followed up to explain that they did not work and ask for clarification, we received no further response. While the location was great, the outdated furnishings and, above all, the lack of communication and support made our stay less enjoyable than we had hoped.

    L’appartamento è grande, pulito e ben attrezzato per cucinare. I condizionatori ci hanno permesso di stare bene nonostante il caldo all’esterno.

    Vi var 14 dager her og beliggenheten var supert. Det var veldig enkelt å komme seg rund. Leiligheten har alt man trenger.

    En av viftene fungerte ikke riktig. Vinduene i stua gikk ikke an å lukke ordentlig.
