    Beautiful location, friendly staff but need to improve cleanliness.

    The sights were beautiful and staff were friendly.

    The floors in the suite were absolutely disgusting. I don’t think they’ve been mopped for a while. Even in the bathroom. Our socks were so dirty. We resorted to wearing our shoes in the room because of this. This immediately made me feel uncomfortable and I didn’t want anything touching the floor. It would’ve been better for the hotel to provide disposable slippers so people stop wearing their shoes indoors. This was honestly so disappointing and ruined the experience. It dragged out first impression from “this is luxury” to “this is like staying at a caravan park.”

    We were able to have a very enjoyable stay in a lovely hotel in a beautiful location. The staff were extremely friendly

    It was a lovely old house converted into a hotel located in beautiful grounds.
